Dean Maragh
Dean Maragh started The Watershed Enterprise Consultancy in 1998. The Watershed facilitates enterprise learning for individuals and organisations, focussing on small and medium enterprises. The Watershed has designed and delivered learning programmes to support client company objectives ranging from increased profitibailty, increasing staff retention, increased competitiveness, step change use of ICT and increasing efficiency.
Dean’s extensive networks in the local business community ensures both engagement with local business and a thorough understanding of local and national government policy and practice enabling him to deliver high quality interventions to meet client and policy aims and objectives.

Dick Moore
Dick was, until recently, Director of Technology at Ufi learndirect. Prior to that, he was Vice-President Systems & Service at The Dock.com (a Lehman Brothers funded dotcom based in the USA) and Director of Technology at three large Further Education colleges in England, most recently The Sheffield College. He is an ITIL and Prince2 practitioner and is also a Trustee of ALT, the Association for Learning Technology.
He has extensive experience at director and board level managing technology risk and developing service business propositions and now works as a consultant enabling clients to:
• Innovate their service offers through technology
• Improve the alignment between technological capability and business objectives
• Improve effectiveness and efficiency in order to reduce risk and deliver value.

Dave Rotherham
Dave Rotherham joined what is now Sheffield Hallam University’s Training Foundry in 1985 to create and develop the training side of the unit. He developed this part of the business to become a significant income stream to the University. In 1999 he became Head of the Training Foundry.
During his time at the Training Foundry he has become a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT), CISCO certified trainer, Microsoft Master Instructor (MMI), European Computer Driving Licence Examiner (ECDL), A+ and Network+ certified trainer, and Internet and Computing Core Certification authorised program instructor (IC3). Dave has delivered courses to a wide range of customers covering all business sectors.

Barbara Tabbiner
Barbara is a Senior Consultant with Sero Consulting Ltd, an education, skills and economic development team specialising in IT and digital policy and programmes, working at local, national and European levels.
A former lecturer and curriculum manager specialising in ICT, Barbara has a strong background in leading staff development in Further Education as well as extensive teaching, training, curriculum development and management experience. She has designed and delivered IT courses to a wide range of customers including those in the business sector.

Jessica Zeun
Jessica is an Associate Lecturer in the Computing Department at Sheffield Hallam University and in the Institute of Lifelong Learning at the University of Sheffield, teaching a range of subjects including E-Commerce, Website Development, IT Applications, Business Solutions and Project Management. She also runs a small IT consultancy business offering IT training, website and database development and advice and consultancy on IT strategy and online presence to a range of businesses from sole traders to international organisations.
